Refund policy

If you're in the EU: under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Contact hi@zhyvari.com within that window and return the item within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Refunds go out within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

If you're outside the EU: 30 day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact hi@zhyvari.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or fully refund, shipping included, at no cost to you.

Refunds: 5 to 10 business days to appear once approved, depending on your bank.
