This site is operated by Zhyvari. These terms govern your use of the site and any purchase you make from us. Our contact details are listed on our Contact page.

Orders and payment: all prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Product information: we make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colours and materials, as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Intellectual property: all content on this site, including the Zhyvari name, logo, product designs, photography and text, is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
