Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Netherlands and the EU: we ship to all EU member states. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1 to 2 business days, and 3 to 6 business days for the rest of the EU depending on destination.

United States and Canada: standard shipping takes 6 to 9 business days. A faster express option is available at checkout for anyone who wants it sooner.

Customs and import duties: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
